how to work with your Past lives reading

During the peak of the pandemic, I bought a past lives reading for myself as a way to celebrate 1-year of sobriety.

“I want to know what I did in past lives that has caused me to have to break so many difficult karmic cycles in this one,” is what I wrote on the in-take form (very angsty, I know).

Part of me had some doubts about getting a past lives reading because this psychic’s accounts wouldn’t be verifiable in the way that evidential mediumship is.

But perhaps there comes a point in one’s spiritual journey where the need and desire for evidence or proof is secondary. Perhaps enough inexplicable, otherworldly, intuitive, or synchronistic events have occurred, and you no longer feel like you’re “crazy” or “making it all up”.

Perhaps you’ve come to believe that this world is, indeed, a spiritual one.

The psychic told me I’d been a male homesteader/farmer named John who settled in the US after leaving Poland. He and his wife were cast out of Poland because they were associated with superstition. They lived among cornfields and had a bunch of kids.

Then she told me I was a woman named Flanula who got really sick from polio at the age of 10 and never fully recovered. The pain of her recovery was transmuted into caring for ill and sick birds. She wasn’t able to have kids. but raised a foster child who also became an animal healer. She was known to transform pain into meaning.

At the nominal level, this can sound ridiculous. But on the spiritual level, I’m still benefiting from this insight nearly four years later.

The truth is, I do live on a farm now and I feel much more whole than I ever have — so I feel like I’m honoring the John in me. And I do have compassion for others as a result of having been (mentally) ill. I transmute that pain into being of service and creating unique space for fellow humans. I also rescue animals (including a crow, and two baby hummingbirds) and find their company to be among this life’s greatest delights. Both of these past lives I lived feel alive in me.

A crow my husband and I cared for in 2022.

There’s lots of other information I’d like to share from my past lives reading, but it’s still integrating into my present life.

Have you ever wondered how a past lives reading my offer greater insight to you present and future life? If you’re at the point where evidence doesn’t reign supreme, I recommend considering this reading as a lens to understand yourself on a subterranean level.
